The data we collect from you are held on our secure management system.  While we hold your information, we take precautions to protect the information we store. Your data is stored on our system for the duration of the works, after which it is marked as complete.

We preserve projects files, which include personal data for 10 years.  Following this period, your details will be securely and safely destroyed.

We will not contact you for marketing purposes by email, post, phone or by text message.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as a data subject you have the right to review, amend and have copies of your data.  Once our works have expired, you have the right to erase your data.
