Our report is presented with repair, maintenance and running costs of the building for a period of up to 20 years from purchase. ARS (London) Ltd also offer a verbal report within 24 hours of inspection, conferring with solicitor and conveyancer if required.

Our building pathology services cover the insurance, residential and commercial sectors. We take a measured and scientific approach to our building pathology inspections. We can provide detailed and prescriptive written / photographic schedules of condition. A schedule of condition is carried out to determine the exact condition of the building and its main elements at the date of inspection. It is important to accurately record the condition of a building so that there is a benchmark for the property and its state of repair and records of defects at a given date.

A schedule of condition is particularly important for both landlord and tenant when entering into new lease agreements or negotiating a lease renewal.

Thermal Imaging (also known as 'Infrared Thermography') uses heat-sensitive cameras to detect subtle differences in temperatures.
